Rhoda Anderson, Chief Executive Officer
One of the original founders of EZOnlineDocuments, Rhoda Anderson has extensive management experience in Shareholder Relations at AT&T and as a former Director of Lucent's Corporate Secretary Department. She serves as a well-valued industry consultant with a focus on the proxy voting process. Anderson has been instrumental and a leader in the advancements of technology in the industry. She has served on key committees and boards such as the NYSE, SCSGP and IRRC and is a frequent speaker at industry related educational events.

John DeFilippis, Chief Operations Officer
A founder of EZOnlineDocuments, John DeFilippis has 20 years experience in technology and business management. With key roles in both large corporations and in his own consulting firm, he has been responsible for project management of: quality initiatives, process improvements, and training. DeFilippis is an inventor and process expert of the EZOnlineDocuments' solution. As the Chief Operations Officer, he manages the EZOnlineDocuments' expert production team and quality assurance efforts.

Richard Andrews, Chief Technology Officer
Richard Andrews is one of the founders of EZOnlineDocuments and an accomplished technology expert. He has 20 years experience in computer systems, security and project management at both large corporations as well as in a consulting capacity. Andrews has extensive management experience in a variety of functions including: database, website and call center development. He invented, developed and designed the EZOnline product line. As the Chief Technology Officer of EZOnlineDocuments, Andrews continues to direct the technological development of the EZOnline products, as well as the systems needs of the firm.
